1. Non-Refundable Car Wash and Detailing Packages

  • Car wash and detailing packages are non-refundable once services are performed.

We will investigate and, at our discretion, may offer a re-performance of the service or other resolution, but no cash refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellations

  • Carbon Film: We offer a 1-year limited warranty on carbon film applications, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Ceramic Film: We offer a 2-year limited warranty on ceramic film applications, covering the same defects.

    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors (e.g., scratches, impacts).

    • We will inspect the vehicle and, at our discretion, repair or replace defective film. No cash refunds will be issued for warranty claims.

    • Electrical issues (e.g., power window failures) or mechanical issues (e.g., engine problems) that may occur coincidentally during or after our services.
    • Pre-existing vehicle conditions (e.g., loose paint, cracked glass) or damage caused by customer negligence.

5. Additional Charges

  • Prices listed on our website are for base packages. Additional charges may apply based on:
    • Vehicle size (e.g., SUVs, trucks).
    • Vehicle condition (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair).
    • Add-on services (e.g., waxing, interior shampooing).
  • Any additional charges will be communicated and approved by you before services are performed.

6. Payment Disputes
